In Shivam Engineers & Fabricators, a Quality Hot Dip Galvanizing Plant was established in 2007 to cater to the growing requirements of the User companies and in the industrial sector for good quality, corrosive resistant galvanizing to the complete satisfaction of our customers. Our Plant has the galvanizing capacity of 30000 tons per annum.
Shivam Engineers & Fabricators procure superior quality raw materials like zinc from Hindustan Zinc Limited, furnace oil, chemicals etc to maintain our standard and quality results of galvanized articles. Galvanizing is a versatile process and articles ranging in size from nuts and bolts to long structural sections can be treated. Most articles can be galvanized and returned to the Users within a week but a typical turnaround depending on the size of the order is three days.
We aim to establish ourselves in the field of Hot Dip Galvanising by providing superior quality galvanised materials and best of our services to our customers by strengthening business relationship with all our stakeholders including our suppliers.

Shivam Engineers & Fabricators believes in Quality Control Management and with the aid of sophisticated quality control equipment & laboratory in- house, we check meticulously all processes and verify the quality of the galvanized articles as per standard. Measurements are accurately completed and accordingly reported.
We, at Shivam Engineers & Fabricators have a in house testing laboratory with a capacity to measure mechanical and chemical properties of the raw material and finished goods. Be it Transmission Towers, Telecom Towers, Substation Structures or Distribution line Material including Galvanized Angle( or GI Angle), Galvanized Channels( or GI Channel), Galvanized Clamps(or GI Clamps), Earthing Material, GI Strips, GI Cross ARM. We are known for our quality and stringent testing practises and discipline in methodology followed in manufacturing.
